UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Resolution Policy)
The Uniform Domain-Name Resolution Policy is a mandatory process agreed to by all registrants of a domain name in their initial agreement. In the policy, the registrant agrees not to infringe on the intellectual property of another person, and if someone makes such a claim, the registrant agrees to take part in an arbitration process.
