Providing you guidance in navigating a complicated business world.
Q: What type of law do you practice?
Almost anything related to business and intellectual property. To get more specific, we help entrepreneurs and small business owners (ESBOs) with all of their general counsel needs (entity creation, corporate documents, contracts & agreements, partnerships, bylaws and operating agreements, new partners and issues between partners, buying & selling, franchises, and succession planning). We also help with trademarking, licensing, copyrighting, patent strategy, and trade secrets. We’ve been know to find ideas and assets that our clients didn’t event know they had!
Q: What type of clients do you help?
We work closely with entrepreneurs and small business owners (ESBOs) to realize their dreams by giving them viable solutions to start their business and grow their company. We’re so serious about the success of our clients that Strategy Sessions are included in every Strategic Legal Solutions (SLS) plan.
Q: I’m in [name of state], can you help me?
Yes, probably. The intellectual property work that we do (trademarks and copyrights) is federal-level work, so as long as your business is headquartered in the United States, we can help. We also serve ESBOs across the nation with their general counsel needs (transactional work such as contracts and corporate documents, buy/sell, and succession planning, etc.). Even though this is state-level work, as long as we are comfortable that we know the laws in your state, we can help. When necessary for litigation, we work closely with an attorney licensed in your state. We currently have clients in the northeast, south, west coast, and the rocky mountains.
Q: How do you bill?
We keep track of hours worked throughout the month. On the last day, we send you a detailed invoice. After 10 days, we will use your preferred payment method on file to pay the invoice.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
Yes, you can add it to our secure system as your preferred payment method. However, we do charge a 3% credit card convenience fee (sorry).
