Your business is using AI.
Your contracts probably aren’t ready for it.
Your contracts probably aren’t ready for it.
That means they don’t address the questions your clients, vendors, and employees are already asking:
These aren’t hypothetical risks. They’re live gaps in documents you’re signing and sending right now.
The AI Contract Audit closes them — before a client raises them first.
You send us up to five of your core business documents — your formation document, service agreement, contractor agreements, vendor contracts, privacy policy, or whatever is most relevant to your business.
We review each one through the lens of AI risk and modern business practice and deliver a written memo that covers:
You receive a clean, organized memo within five business days. No legal jargon. No billable hour surprises. No wondering what you’re paying for.
Optional add-on: If you want one of your documents redrafted to address the issues we identify, we can do that for an additional flat fee quoted after the audit is complete.
1. You purchase the audit and receive a secure upload link within one business day.
2. You send us up to five business documents — whatever you want reviewed.
3. We complete a thorough legal review and deliver your written memo within five business days.
4. You read the memo, ask any follow-up questions, and decide what to address first.
That’s it. No back-and-forth intake calls. No hourly billing. No surprises.
Janelle Peyton, Esq. has nearly 20 years of award-winning experience in business law and intellectual property, working exclusively with business owners.
As a business owner herself — and someone actively working at the intersection of AI and legal practice — Janelle understands both the opportunity and the risk that AI tools introduce into business operations. The AI Contract Audit was designed specifically because she kept seeing the same gaps in client documents, and wanted a way to address them efficiently and affordably.
Peyton Law operates as a boutique firm — you work directly with Janelle, not a junior associate.
What types of documents can I submit?
Any core business document — client service agreements, independent contractor agreements, vendor or platform contracts, privacy policies, employee or team handbooks, NDAs, or partnership agreements. If you’re not sure which five to prioritize, we’ll help you decide after you purchase.
Do I need to be in Pennsylvania?
No. Peyton Law serves clients across the country. The audit is delivered entirely virtually.
What if I only have one or two documents right now?
That’s fine. Submit what you have. The audit is priced for up to five documents, so submitting fewer doesn’t change the fee.
What happens after the audit?
You’ll receive your memo and have the option to ask follow-up questions. If you want documents redrafted or want to discuss next steps, we’ll quote that separately. Many clients move into an ongoing relationship after the audit — but there’s no obligation.
Is this confidential?
Yes. All communications with Peyton Law are protected by attorney-client privilege from the moment you engage us.
The AI Contract Audit is $1,500, flat. No hourly billing. No intake call required.
